Delivery times are estimates only.

Carin Ireland is not liable for delays caused by:

Refunds are processed after inspection.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless goods are faulty.

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.

We will assess and arrange replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

Carin Ireland accepts no liability for misuse, incorrect application or use contrary to manufacturer instructions.

Patch testing and professional consultation may be required for certain products.
